The Wenger Cleat Wrench is used to tighten/replace removable soft cleats on football shoes (soccer shoes in Canada and the US). The scraper tip on the wrench can be used to clean debris from the shoe. Wenger also refers to this as a Soccer Wrench in Canada and the US.
