Wenger Ranger 182 - Spearfishing

Wenger Ranger Spearfishing Knife The Wenger RangerGrip 182, also known as the Ranger Spearfishing Knife, was created by Wenger to celebrate the company's sponsorship of the Spearfishing World Championship that was held on September 14-19, 2010, on the island of Lošinj, Croatia. According to Wenger website this model was given to all participants to use in the competition.

Yellow and black RangerGrip Nylon and rubber scales contoured in the Evolution (Evo) style to fit the hand. One side carries the Wenger cross logo, along with the 2010 SWC laser engraved logo. The Wenger cross logo is a push button lock-release for the main blade.

History

The production quantity is unknown, however, considering that around only sixty-three competitors attended the Spearfishing Championship, the total number of knives made could be quite small!
